DeFiLlama 創辦人想發幣！核心開發者怒分叉新協議；Andre Cronje：沒代幣將財務困難

鏈上數據分析平台 DefiLlama 匿名開發者 0xngmi 昨（19）晚在推特上拋出震撼彈，宣布其團隊因為是否發行代幣而發生分裂，目前已推出分叉版本網站 Llama.Fi。
0xngmi 解釋，團隊中大多數人一致認為，對平台而言「發行代幣」並非必要之舉，但團隊成員中某位控制 DeFiLlama 帳號與網域的人（暗指共同創辦人 0xLLam4） 卻堅持要發幣，並侵佔了 DeFiLlama 的網站與推特。因此，最終不得不走向「分叉」的道路。

自稱核心貢獻者成員： DefiLlama 遭惡意奪權
DefiLlama 目前在推特上已累積逾 16.9 萬名追蹤者，更是大多幣圈人愛用的工具網站之一，此事件傳出後也震驚不少業界人士。對此，LlamaX 項目核心貢獻者 @Tendeeno （非團隊成員）也出面解釋整件事情的原委。
Tendeeno 聲稱，DefiLlama 由 0xLLam4（0xLlama） 發起，0xngmi 幫助構建，很快 0xngmi 就接管了該項目的所有工作，毫不誇張地說，對於 DefiLlama 如今的成功，0xngmi 至少承擔了90% 的責任，他不僅領導 DefiLlama 團隊，同時也是 DefiLlama 的大股東。
Tendeeno 還表示， 0xLLam4 在未經過團隊同意的情況下選擇發幣（因為 DefiLlama 迄今為止沒有產生任何利潤），在 0xngmi 看來，這種行為無疑是一種對 DefiLlama 的「惡意奪權」……因為他並不希望將該項目的價值和聲譽被壓縮在代幣中。
最終 0xngmi 為首的團隊決定：如果代幣發行不可避免，唯一的方法就是用一個新名稱來分叉 DefiLlama 並創建一個新的推特和域名。

DefiLlama 母公司否認惡意收購
但 0xngmi 並非 DefiLlama 的創辦人，實際上無權決定公司重大決策。對於 0xngmi 的行為，DefiLlama 的母公司Llama Corp. 向 The Block 表示：
0xngmi 的行為令人遺憾，他的行為是獨立的。Llama Corp. 將像過去三年一樣繼續運營 DefiLlama。
我們希望通過私下友好的方式解決問題。
此外，另一名開發者 LlamaIntern.eth 則批評 0xngmi 和其他團隊成員為「流氓」：

Andre Cronje：創辦人發幣的選擇是「止血」，而不是貪婪
值得注意的是，針對「DefiLlama 面臨內部分裂」，DeFi 傳奇開發者 Andre Cronje（AC）也公開看法，他抨擊如果事情與想的不一樣時，很容易產生意識形態。
多年來，DefiLlama 共同創辦人 Charlie Watkins（0xLLam4）一直自掏腰包支付所有 DefiLlama 費用，這並不便宜。
看著每個人都對他所做的一切嗤之以鼻，真是令人噁心。他試圖「止血」不是貪婪，而是「可持續性」。讓我們看看如果沒有他的「免費錢」，DefiLlama 能堅持多久。他們很快就會提出或添加廣告或代幣。
